Description:

In this dark, erotic, Japanese drama, a beautiful, sexually-repressed  young woman has several sexual issues.  Sometimes  in dreams, she is attacked with an enormous pair of scissors. She would also like to improve her sexual relationship  with a man who is an excellent lover. Even though she loves and is sexually attracted to him, when they have sex, she feels nothing.  Wanting to end this state of affairs, she goes to a psychiatrist to cure her of her sexual issues and uncover the root of her problem.   As the therapy continues, she reports various incidents from her past,  including the satisfaction she felt when she had sex with  brother.

Description:  This is the story of Rafa, a good Jewish boy from a good family in a  Jewish community in Montevideo, Uruguay. The middle child of a three, Rafa and his siblings are among the many families worldwide who are suffering from the epidemic of the fifty percent divorce rate. He gets to a good school and takes piano lessons. Aside from the adjustment he must make with his parents splitting, the Tween really only lives with one true dilemma: His first kiss.

Acné is a very sweet story and a great debut for first time writer/director Frederico Veiroj. The film telling this young man’s tale and subtly reminds us all of the growing pains we endured while our bodies rebelled and other was nothing we in our youth and inexperience could do about it. The unhurried, real life pace of the film serves to building the angst level but ultimately is its weakest quality. This film feels like a short which goes on too long, particularly given the authentic, yet nevertheless anti-climactic conclusion. Although the finale was completely appropriate for the tone of the film, it was not especially worth the wait. Nevertheless, this is an honest, coming-of-age story that is enjoyable and universal.

Description: An ill-conceived Frankenstein's monster of second-hand jokes and worn-out caricatures, this is a disappointment after Safran's earlier Storm Boy. While preparing for his bar mitzvah, Norman discovers sacred encouragement for his profane interest in sister-in-law Rose (Carol Kane), and seizes the opportunity presented by his mother's absence and his brother Michael's low sperm count. Rose becomes pregnant, but refuses to reveal Norman as the father. Norman is not happy. Only Warren Mitchell's unerring sense of comic timing instils any humour into this banal film; the other characters cast only pale shadows upon the stifling Sydney suburbs.

Storyline 15 year old Marguerite lives in a brooding mansion with her mother and grandmother. In keeping with the gloomy surroundings, she spends her time indulging in strange habits like conversing with inanimate objects that include paintings and her collection of dolls. Marguerite has a particular fascination for one of the dolls whom she calls, Aaron, and soon expresses her desire to reconnect with her estranged father Michael. Michael has his own life now with Anne but arrives at the mansion to meet his daughter despite stiff opposition from Marguerite's mother and grandmom. As it turns out, the two pay for their opposition when Aaron, the doll, ostensibly brutally murders them. Marguerite and her father Michael now resume their relationship under the watchful eyes of Anne who begins to notice a strangeness to their relationship that borders on incest. She voices her concerns only to be paid back with an unsuccessful attempt on her life. The strangeness of the father-daughter relationship is emphasized in a scene where Marguerite masturbates while her father and partner have sex. Michael and Anne must now fear for their lives as Aaron has them locked in sight as potential victims.

Description of Butterfly movie: Judge Roche conducts business Ges Tyler. His wife left him ten years ago, accusing him of improper relations with his daughter Kady. The situation is complicated when Walsh, the father Cady, returns to kill her.

Review: Set in 1930’s Arizona, youthful Kady (Pia Zadora) sets out to discover a father who she hasn’t seen in ten years. Jess (Stacy Keach) is uncertain at very first but softens at her heartfelt pleading. He is mainly uneasy because Kady reminds him therefore a lot of her floozy mother, Belle. She has the same overtly intimate nature and also a child at seventeen. Her affluent enthusiast won’t marry her and she looks to Jess for convenience. Of course, it doesn’t hurt when she finds out he is guarding a sliver mine. Weakening Jess and getting to that silver means the finer things in life for Kady. Nevertheless, Kady isn’t a full swindler. She does have a heart and truly cares for Jess, even to the point of incest. This leads to a test that the town won’t soon forget. Zadora has brief nude scenes and there is the infamous tame bathtub sequence. The Ennio Morricone rating is fantastic, as constantly and Orson Welles has an amusing part as the town judge!
